Where: The Strike Zone/Westbrook High
When: Mondays (Indoors)/Wednesdays (Outdoors)
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM (twice/week)

What: The Strike Zone staff will provide instruction in hitting, defensive skills, base running, and conditioning. We will also play games amongst one another when we are outdoors on Wednesdays.
